4 ea. 4 oz. Salmon fillets
1/4 c. butter, melted
3T Dijon mustard
1/5T honey

1/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Finely chopped Pecans
1 T chopped, fresh Parsley

1 ea. Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard and honey. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, chopped Pecans and parsley.
Bursh each fillet with the honey mixture. Coat each fillet with the bread crumb mixture.

Place in a 9"X13" baking dish, lightly coated with oil. Bake 12-15 minutes or until earily flakes with fork. Season with salt and pepper and lemon, cut into 4 pices.
