1 lb Italian Sausage,
1/2 Onion, Chopped
2 Potatoes, cut into 1 1/2" squares
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 C Kale, chopped
1/2 C Cream or milk
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble Sausage into a 6 qt pot and cook till not pink. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add water, potatoes, and garlic to fill pan. Cook about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. (If desired, cool and skim off excess fat.) Add kale and cook another 15-20 minutes. Lower heat and add cream. Cook about 5 minurtes
