2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening (Crisco)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup pecans and black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, and shortening well. Add the flour, soda, and salt. Mash the bananas with 1 tbsp. of water. Add bananas and vanilla to mixture with pecans and black walnuts. Mix well. Bake at 350° in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour.
