2 lb. ground beef; 90-10;
2 eggs beaten;
1 C Italian bread crumbs
1 C grated Romano cheese
1/2 sweet onion, finely diced
1 sweet red pepper, finely diced
2 tsp finely mined garlic
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dry basil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 C+ leftover spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Sauté veggies in olive oil until a little soft;
Mix all together in a large mixing bowl;
Bake uncovered at 350 until done (160 internal temperature)
