5 lb fresh small size green figs (washed and drains)
4 lb sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
7 cup water or until to cover the figs
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ground musk (mestekah ) if available

In a large open pan add the Sugar, water, On the stove bring to boil, then add the figs.
lower the heat to medium high and cook until the fig's is soft and tender. pull out the cooked figs and place it in a strainer with a bowl under it to collect the dripping syrup. Use the liquid drips from the figs add it over the rest of the syrup add the lemon juice and boil on medium low heat again until the syrup get thicker.
Add back the figs to the syrup, and the sesame seeds, ground musk stir softly and keep on low heat for 30 min then shut the stove off, and leave to cool for the next day.
place it in a clean jar and cover.
