2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
3 cups plain flour
1 cup milk
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 325º

Cream together butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour and baking powder and add to mixture by alternating with milk. Stir in flavorings.
Bake in a well-greased tube pan for 1 and 1/2 hours.
