1 pkg Yeast
2c. Warm Water
11/2 Stick of Butter or Margarine
1/4c. Sugar
4c. Self-Rising Flour
1 well beaten Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water-- melt butter & add sugar---add flour to yeast liquid- add butter, sugar, egg.

Spoon into well greased muffin pans. Fill about 3/4 full.
Store batter in tight covered container, this will keep for days!

Bake in preheated oven at 400 for 20 minutes.

These rolls rise while baking.
