1 pack Shredded wheat ( kenafeeh)
1/2 cup clarified butter (see recipe)
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 cup chopped pistachio
and sugar syrup (see recipe)

In a large oven try, add the kenaffeh dough and shredded by hand to a small pieces. Add the clarified butter and rub it
together. Heat oven on 350º bake and mixed it every 5 min and break it up with a wooden spoon until golden brown color. let it cool and pack it , until you redye to serve.
Bring a serving plat spread some syrup on the bottom of the serving plat, then add the shredded kenaffeh spread it all over the plat, add the ricotta cheese and spreed it neatly. know cover the cheese with moor keneffeh to cover the serfs. Add some syrup on the top and sprinkle some the pistachio to decorate the topping.Serve it cold.
