8 Eggs
11/2c. Sugar
1/2gal. Milk
1c. Bourbon
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs, whip whites still stiff.

Add yolks,sugar and milk in sauce pan. Heat just before boiling. (DO NOT BOIL)
Add the Bourbon, fold in egg whites.

More Bourbon can be added to each cup. Serve hot.
