4lbs Chuck Roast cut in cubes

Marinade;
1c. Oil
1c. Soy sauce
1/2c. Lemon Juice
1/4c. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3c. Mustard
1/4tsp. Ginger
Salt & Pepper
1tsp. Garlic Powder.

1 Jar button mushrooms drained
Olive oil to cover mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients add meat and marinate in fridge for 24 hours.

Place mushrooms covered in Olive Oil for 12 hours.

When ready to grill skewer mushrooms & meat and place on the grill till meat is cooked to the crowd's preference.

This makes enough for a group. Aunt Sandy would get this ready for us all when we came together in Hot Springs on many Holidays, such as Memorial and Labor Day. Delicious! It's a family favorite for sure!
