2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. lard (Crisco)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4-5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and roll out on very lightly floured board to 1/4" thickness.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cut with round cookie cutter.
Bake at 400º for 12 to 15 minutes.
