1/3 C soy sauce
1/3 C olive oil
1/3 C honey
1 TBS vinegar
1 TBS garlic, minced
1 TBS onion, chopped
1 tsp ginger, minced

Mix all ingredients and marinate goose for 1 hour. Grill your goose, slice it up and serve with a dip made of sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and Dijon mustard.

My parents live on the eastern shore and in the fall hunting season begins. If you have a goose or two, brine them overnight first and then marinate them in this. Great appetizer!
