Crust:
3oz. Cream Cheese
1 Stick of Butter
1c. Flour
Pinch of Salt

Filling:
1c. Sugar
1c. chopped fine pecans
2T. Butter
2tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese, sift in flour and salt-mix well- let stand 1 hour. Then roll into small balls and shape the balls into greased mini muffin tins.

Then mix together the filling ingredients and place in the tins. Filling each 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes then take out of pans.

Gammy says she takes the small balls and flattens them in her hand and then places it in the tins.
