1 pkg Velveeta
2T. of chopped pimento
1tsp. Sugar
Mayonnaise to right consistency

This is great for a sandwich. Chill the block of cheese in freezer for an hour before grating it. Spray Pam on the grater to keep the cheese from sticking. Grate cheese, add pimentos, sugar and then a T. at a time add mayo till you get the right consistency.

This was given to me from Aunt Ozella. Greg & UB loved it when she would have it at her house, when we would stop by for a visit. I asked for the recipe and she mailed it to me in her own writing!
