1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup garbanzo flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1 2 tsp xanthan gum
1tbsp Splenda
2 eggs 1/2 cup canola oil
1 3/4 cup milk

Preheat waffle iron to 375º
Mix dry ingredients
in a separate bowl mix wet ingredients
Add dry and wet together, whisk
Pour onto hot waffle iron
