1 head cauliflower
1 onion
1/2 cup margarine-melted
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 quart half and half milk

Directions:

Chop onion, cut up cauliflower put together in pan
and cover half way with water, cook till tender
Do not drain
Creamy soup base:
In 2 qt microwave bowl
Mix margarine and flours with whisk until smooth
pour 1/2 qt half and half milk, whisk
Heat in microwave for 5 min whisk
Add remaining 1/2 and 1/2 milk whisk
then add salt, nutmeg and pepper whisk
heat for an additional 2 1/2 min whisk
Stir in cheddar cheese
then add to vegetables
