1 quart whole milk
1 cup rice
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in double boiler. Add rice. Then add sugar, vanilla and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally. Top with cinnamon and sugar. Cooked raisins may be added if desired. Pour into a medium size bowl. Let cool or serve hot.
