a squeeze of Lime for flavor
1 tsp Parsley (finely chopped)
2 heaping tbsp Mayo
1 large Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
"Do not overcook this dish

Add onion, salt and pepper to taste

Mix together the crab meat, lime zest, , parsley,
mayonnaise, egg and bread crumbs.
Gently shape the crab meat into cakes, roughly 1-inch-thick by 2-inch

Add a little oil to saute pan
cook about 3 min on each side
