5 -10 lb pork butt
Hawaiian Salt
1 T Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Cut two slits in pork
place pork inside of crock pot
Take a handful of hawaiian salt and sprinkle all over meat
Add 1T of liquid smoke over meat
take a 1/2 cup of water and pour over meat.

*water should be just covering the bottom of pot
*turn crock pot on high and let cook

Best to put pork on and let cook over night. By the time you awake the pork should be done. Shred pork if you desire or cut into steak size and serve with rice.
