1 cup Burgol Or ( rice uncle bans )
1 small can diced tomato
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup veg oil
1 small green hot or sweet pepper diced
2 small onion. The first onion Cut to thin( slices) and the second one (diced)
2 tsp tomatoes paste
2 1/2 cup water
1 1/4 tsp salt or to taste.

In a medium pan add the olive oil sauté diced onion, peppers for 2 min add the bulgor stir for 2 minuts Pour the diced tomato, salt, tomato past add the water then mix it well then cover and let it cook for 20 minute on low heat stir occasionally until all the liquid evaporate. shut the stove off and sit a side.
In a small pan add 1/4 cup veg oil and the sliced onion, fry it to golden brown.
Remove the fried onion to the side and pour the oil over the cooked burgol and mix.
Us a serving plat and empty the pot in, and sprinkles the fried onion on top. Served next to a salad or pickles.
