2 large onions (minced)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup red pepper paste (or roasted minced red pepper)
2 tsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan add oil and onion. Sauté the onion until it is light in color, then remove from the heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Set aside to cool. This recipe is good for making as a sandwich spread and eaten with fried foods.
