2 cans pinto beans, drained
2½ -3 lbs baby back ribs
(1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper)
1 cup chopped onion
10.5 oz. jar red jalapeño jelly
18 oz hickory flavored BBQ sauce
1 tsp green hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in slow cooker.
Cut ribs apart; sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Place on broiling pan. Broil 5 ½” from heat for 18-20 minutes, until browned, turning once.
Add ribs to slow cooker & sprinkle w/ onion.
Combine jelly, BBQ sauce & hot sauce in saucepan & cook over low heat until jelly melts.
Pour sauce over ribs & cover.
Cook on low 9-10 hours or on high 5-6 hours.
Remove ribs. Remove beans to serving dish, reserving sauce.
Skim fat from sauce & serve ribs over beans with sauce on the side.
