2 lbs ground beef ( I use lean beef)
1 large onion chopped
1 large can of chopped skinless tomatoes
1 can original Rotel tomatoes (I sometimes use 2 if I want more "heat")
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
2 can shoepeg corn
2 packs taco seasoning
2 packs dry ranch dressing mix
2 cups of water

Brown ground beef and onion together. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for 30mins. Serve with Fritos, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.

I got this recipe from my friend Stacy Hinson in Macon, Ga. It's delicious and always a favorite. Will loves it. I make it, put it in small plastic bowls and he keeps it in his freezer, at school.
