1 Cup Sugar
3/4/ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt (optional)
1/4 Cup Water
1 Can French Cut Green Beans (or regular cut green beans), drain liquid
1 Can LeSeur Green Peas (or any green pea), drain liquid
1 Can Spike Kernel Corn (or regular whole kernel corn), drain liquid
1 Large Jar Diced Pimento, drain liquid
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Add the green beans, peas, corn, and pimento. Add celery and onion. Marinate at least overnight in the refrigerator. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator. Be careful of adding salt as canned vegetables tend to be a little salty.
