4 c. flour
2 c. shortening (Crisco)
dash of salt
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Take the egg and place in measuring cup...add water to make 1 cup. Beat well to mix thoroughly. Then mix flour and shortening and dash of salt. If necessary you may add a little more flour.
Divide in fourths and wrap each piece in Saran wrap till ready to roll out and bake. These may be refrigerated or can be frozen for future use.
