1 lb ground sausage or link sausage, browned.
2 1/2 c Pepperidge Farm cubed herbed seasoned stuffing
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
4 eggs
2 1/4 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Brown sausage and crumble, If using links, cut in pieces. Line 9 x 13 pan with stuffing. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dried mustard. Pour mixture over sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c milk. Pour over casserole. Top with 1/2 c grated cheese (or more!) Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes at 350º. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
