1/3 c. chopped onion
2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
Velveeta cheese
2 c. macaroni (cooked and drained)
10 oz. package frozen peas (cooked and drained)
1 can tuna
1 tsp. salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour. Gradually add in milk cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed, stir until melted. Add macaroni, peas, tuna and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Then top with slices of Velveeta and continue to bake until cheese melts.
