1 lb ground beef or any kind of meat you prefer
12 small size zucchini (wash and trim both ends of zucchini then core)
1 small bunch parsley (chopped finely)
1 small onion (chopped finely)
1 16 oz tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 tbs pomegranate molasses
1˝ tsp all spice
1˝ tsp salt (and extra 2 tsp for the sauce)
1 stick cinnamon
2 tbs butter
1 cup vegetable oil

In a mixing bowl add the meat, onion, chopped parsley, 1-1/2 tsp salt, all-spice, and mix well and combine. Stuff the zucchini on both sides. Sauté the zucchini with oil to slightly brown, Use a large pot and pour the tomato sauce, add 1-1/2 tsp salt, stick of cinnamon, pomegranate molasses, butter and 2 cups of water. Cover and bring to a boil. Then add the stuffed zucchini, lower the heat to medium, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with Rice
