Cornbread crumbled
1 can pinto beans
1 med onion or a bunch of green onions chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 c bread and butter pickles chopped
2 c mayonnaise
1 cup of the juice from the pickles

Directions:

Mix 1st 5 ingredients together. Pour the mixture of mayo and pickle juice over the top..Be sure to poke holes in the salad so the juice will soak into the cornbread

JoAnn made this to go along with cookouts..She didn't say how much cornbread, but make a big skillet of it and have at it.
We were all around the pool waiting for this dish to complete the meal one day and JoAnn got out of the car with it, dropped it and broke the pyrex dish over the driveway..We wanted to get spoons and eat it off the asphalt but controlled ourselves..
