2 c crushed cornflakes
3/4 grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c parsley flakes
1 clove garlic
1 stick melted butter

Dip chicken pieces in melted butter then roll in dry ingredients.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until crispy and brown
