2 Bunch parsley clean and ( chopped fine)
2 cup Fin Bulgar #1 ( cracked wheat ) washed and drained
3 head tomato (diced small)
2 small bunch scallion ( chopped fine)
1 bunch mint fresh or 1 tbs dried
1 small onion ( chopped small )
1 tsp chilly powder or red peppers paste ( hot or sweet )
1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 can 8 oz tomato paste
2 tsp cumin
1/3 cup pomegranate paste
1 cup olive oil
1 lemon juice

In a large mixing bowl add the Bulgar, salt ,cumin, chilly red peeper, add the onion and mix with your hands to combine.
Then add the parsley, tomato, scallion and the tomato paste and pomegranate paste combine together, at the end pour the olive oil and mix well.
In a serving plate decorate with roman lettuce.
serve with pita bread .
