8 bacon slices, fried until crisp, drained and crumbled
4 large onions, peeled and cut into rings
1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar
2 cans butter beans (drained)
1 can lima beans (drained)
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can baked beans (not drained)
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour off grease from bacon into sauce pan. Add onion rings, sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt and vinegar. Simmer 20 minutes, covered. Put beans in 3 quart casserole. Add simmer onions and liquid to beans Add crumbled bacon and bake in at 350º for 40 minutes. A crockpot works great too.
