8 pieces gyro bread
1 16 oz jar roasted pepper (puree)
1 small onion (diced finely)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame seed
1 tsp crushed red pepper or cayenne
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

Place 2-3 tbsp of the mixture on the bread and spread out evenly.

Line the oven racks with foil and place the Gyro bread directly on the racks and bake in oven at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown.

You can cut these in half or wedges when serving. These can be served warm or cold.

Note: if you do not want to line your over racks with foil you can use baking sheets to place the Gyro bread on to bake.
