1/4 C. oil
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas, mashed
1 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 C. oatmeal
1 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, egg whites, vanilla, and bananas in large bowl. Stir in flour, cloves, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and oatmeal. Add chocolate chips and drop by rounded teaspoons 1" apart on a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes. Don't cook too long.
