1 C. slow cooking rice
3 C. boiling water
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
1 large onion, chopped
2 C. celery, chopped
3 heaping tbsp. brown sugar
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
4 tbsp. soy sauce
salt, pepper to taste
buttered crumbs and cheese on top

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over rice, cover, let stand. Brown hamburger and onion. Add sugar, soup, mushrooms and seasonings. Combine with rice. Bake 375º, for 1 hour, uncovered for last 10 minutes.
