4 halves chicken
1/4 C. flour
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. oil
1 C. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour mixed with seasonings. Melt butter with oil in 9 X 13 pan. Dip chicken pieces in fat, coating both sides. Turn skin-side down in pan. Sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. Bake 400º for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and sprinkle with rest of sesame seeds. Add 3/4 C. wine. Bake 35-45 minutes. Remove chicken to platter. Add remaining 1/4 C. wine to pan, bring to a boil and pour over chicken.
