1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled in cold water
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup Italian salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Place macaroni in a large bowl immediately after cooling. Add the Italian dressing right away. Chop vegetables and add to bowl with salt and pepper. Mix well. Add mayonnaise a little at a time until you have the right consistancy for macaroni salad. Chill in refrigerator. The macaroni salad will dry out as it chills and the macaroni absorbs some of the liquid.

Tuna Variation:
Before adding the mayonnaise, add 2 cans tuna, 2 ribs celery, diced and 1 large cucumber, diced. Then add the mayonnaise.
