4 cloves Garlic, chopped
6 Carrots, chopped into small strips/pennies
1 head Cabbage (small), chopped
4-6 Green onions, chopped
Pork, beef, shrimp, sausage or chicken
1 pack Rice noodles (dried, in cellophane) - found in oriental section
1/4 C Soy sauce (this is an approximate amount)
dash Salt
Cooking oil (corn, canola or peanut)

Prepare meat (you can use any or all):
Pork - cut into small pieces
Beef - cut into small pieces
Shrimp - boil raw shrimp until just done, peel (do not use frozen cooked shrimp)
Sausage - brown and drain
Chicken - trim and cut into small pieces

Soak rice noodles in HOT water until soft.
Drain well.

Brown garlic and raw meat (pork, beef or chicken) in oil.
Add carrots and cabbage and brown.
Add a small amount of soy sauce and dash of salt and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add rice noodles, green onions and cooked shrimp or sausage and cook until heated through.
Serve warm.

Using a wok works best, but it can be done in a large skillet.
