1 C Rice
1 1/2 C Water
Ham, Chinese sausage, chicken or shrimp
1 Egg
4-6 Green onions, chopped
6 oz. fresh bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
Pea pods, rinsed and drained (fresh)
Soy sauce
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in boiling water until water is almost gone. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until done. Set out over night to dry.

Cook, drain, chop meat.

Beat egg, fry and cut into slices, or scramble and crumble.

Place egg, meat, veggies and rice into pan, stir fry until hot. Add soy sauce and green onions. (Amount of soy sauce varies w/ the cook).
