4 eggs
4 green onions or chives, minced
salt & pepper
butter
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cut into 1/2" squares
dash Worcestershire

Optional items:
bacon, cooked, chopped and drained
sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
fresh mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the eggs, cream, onions and seasoning in a bowl and beat well.

Melt a little buttering the top of a double broiler.*
Add egg mixture and cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until done "easy".
Bacon or sausage may be added while cooking, if desired.

Add the cream cheese into the cooked eggs, folding the eggs lightly over it. Serve at once, adding more minced onions on top for garnish if desired.

* for an easier, more traditional "scrambled egg", cook in a greased skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Salsa makes a delicious garnish, serve on the side.
