1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
3 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tater
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Cream together sugar and margarine. Add egg and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. May have to knead by hand a little.
Can roll out on floured surface and cut out with cookies cutters or roll out in a large cookie sheet for fruit pizza. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not bake longer. Top may not be browned.
If used for fruit pizza, let cool then put 8 oz of cool whip, and sprinkle on coconut, crushed pineapple, fruit cocktail, maraschino cherries (Cut in half) chopped walnuts, etc. enjoy.
