9" Unbaked pie crust, chilled
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up and fried crisp, drained
1/2 lb. swiss cheese, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 C half & half
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten, combine with whole eggs
1 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 T butter, melted and slightly browned
paprika

Preheat oven to 425º

Layer bacon, cheese and onion in the pie shell.
Beat eggs, flour, salt and half & half.
Pour over layers.
Dribble melted butter over top and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350º and bake for 25 minutes more.

May be reheated from refrigerator for 15 minutes at 350º.
Heat at 425º for 25 minutes from the freezer.
