2 cups 15 Bean Soup mix (soak beans overnight in water)
1 large onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
3 carrots chopped
4 cups broth (chicken, beef or veggie)
4 cups water
garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
If you like it spicy add cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain beans and set aside.

In soup pot sautee onion, celery and carrots in oil til soft (dont' use too much oil about 2 tbsp) about 5 minutes. Add beans, broth, water and seasonings and put on high til boiling. Stir and cover and reduce heat to simmer and let it cook for 3 or 4 hours.
