1 cup milk
4 eggs
pinch salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray muffin pan with Pam.

In 2 cup meauring cup add milk then add eggs and whisk til well blended.

Put flour, salt and pepper into medium sized bowl and pour in milk mixture and stir until well mixed. Fill muffin tins 2/3's full and place in hot oven for about 20 minutes or until yorkshire are a nice golden brown.
