Baby Spinach 1 Bag
Cherry Craisins 1 Bag
Toasted Pecans
2 Pears
Feta Cheese, roughly 4 T to 1/3 C to your taste

Dressing:
2 T Parmesan Cheese, fresh, grated
2 T Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 of small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp Dry Basil
1/2 C Olive Oil

Directions:

Mix the dressing ahead of time in blender or food processor, let it sit in refrigerator for most of the day. I usually double the recipe, store in glass jar.

Combine Spinach, Craisins, Toasted Pecans, Pears and crumbled Feta in large bowl, toss salad. Pour dressing over salad when you are ready to serve the salad. Best salad ever, another staple of Misty Wood Lane!
