3 cups Oatmeal (quick or old fashioned, but not instant)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 - 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350* F. Spray a 9" square baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix oatmeal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar and berries together. Make a well in the center of these dry ingredients. Into the well, measure the milk, eggs and vegetable oil. Stir together, starting in the center to mix the eggs with the milk. Mix until blended, with no dry bits. Scrape into prepared pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve with milk.
