In a Crock Pot, season a pork roast (with or without bone) with Grandpa Lynn's

Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque Sauce
KC Masterpiece Barbeque Sauce
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Add generous amount of barbeque sauce - actually the two mixed makes a really good flavored meat. Add some water so pot can form steam. Roast on HI 4 or 5 hours or on LOW 6 to 8. Remove meat at pull off bones or shred with fork. Serve on crusty rolls for a great sandwich.

You can also do the same with chicken breasts for pulled chicken sandwiches.
