Dough:
300 grams bread flour
150 grams water (warm)
50 grams white wine
8 grams sugar
7 grams salt
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp olive oil

Topping:
9 or 10 slices salami
1/2 zucchini sliced thin
10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
4 oz mozzarella (shredded)

Dough:
Mix all dough ingredients together and knead for 10 minutes. Place dough ball in oiled bowl cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 60-90 minutes or until doubled. Remove from bowl, punch down and roll out into about a 12 inch disk.

Place toppings on dough starting with 1/2 of the cheese. Then place salami, zucchini, and tomatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 450º on a heated pizza stone for 10-15 minutes (until crust is brown).
