4 oz cream cheese
1/2 c powdered sugar
3/4 c peanut butter
1/4 c milk
8 oz cool whip

optional: chocolate chips

For pie: ready-made graham cracker crust
For cookies: 2 boxes chocolate wafer cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over pie, if desired. Refrigerate.

For cookies, spread mixture on cookie and top with another cookie to make a sandwich. Refrigerate. They will soften after refrigeration.
