Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in tap water, add a tsp. salt.
Make sure eggs are completely covered with water.
Bring water to a full boil and then continue to boil for 6-8 minutes.
After boiling eggs carefully pour off the hot water and run cold water over eggs, add ice to water and let set for 10 min.
Drain.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
To shell: tap on hard surface, then roll gently and peel off shell.
Rinse.

When the eggs don't peel easy, "I get very angry." Hopefully this will have the shells coming right off.
Mammy and Pappy always had an Easter egg hunt for their large family. Mimi tells me there were always eggs for all grand and great-grandkids. Pop-Pop Turner still carries on the tradition with ceramic eggs Nana made.
